A SINGLE PLAYER NARRATIVE SURVIVAL EXPERIENCE
I remember the constant sound of machines.
The cold lights above my head.
A voice calling my name, trying to keep me awake.
It was 2025.
The last thing I remember is the world as it was back then.
Then, silence.
When I open my eyes again, something is wrong.
There is no one around.
No movement.
No sense of continuity.
The hospital is empty.
Rooms abandoned, as if time itself had stopped abruptly.
Outside, the world I knew no longer exists.
I soon realize that many years have passed.
Ten, maybe more.
But no calendar truly confirms it.
My first steps are uncertain.
My body feels weak, my mind disoriented.
Time no longer flows the way it should.
I don’t know what happened after the disappearance.
I only know that I shouldn’t be alone.
The Gargano has changed.
Real places, once ordinary and familiar, now feel suspended, trapped in an endless wait.
Monte Sant’Angelo.
Foresta Umbra.
San Severo, Apricena, Foggia.
Peschici, Vico del Gargano…
Places I recognize.
Places that no longer recognize me.
I wander without a clear direction.
I search for signs, answers, traces of life.
I try to understand what happened to the world.
And, above all, I search for those who should never have disappeared.

BECOME LIFE is not just a story to follow, but a world to explore.
Freely explore abandoned environments, without forced directions, guided by curiosity and the need to survive.
You must eat, drink, and take care of your body to keep moving.
DYNAMIC ENVIRONMENT
You can hunt animals, gather resources, build bonfires, and craft useful tools.
Over time, you can craft and wear clothing to protect yourself from the environment, adapting to different weather conditions.
Cold weather slows your movement if you're not properly wrapped up. Heat increases thirst and makes it harder to resist without preparation. Every choice related to equipment has real consequences.

TRACES
The world remembers what you do.
A forced door will remain a forced door.
Some collected items will never return to their original place.
Your actions leave traces that linger throughout the campaign.
MECHANICAL
You can move on foot or use vehicles found along the way:
cars, motorcycles, bicycles, scooters.
Vehicles can be damaged, broken, or rendered unusable.
Tires can be changed, some parts repaired.
If pushed beyond their limits, or involved in collisions and explosions, they can transform from a resource into a hazard.

Some buildings and structures are not eternal.
Certain elements of the world can be destroyed using specific weapons.
Enemies listen.
They hear footsteps, noises, and thrown objects.
Encounters can be sudden, direct, and sometimes brutal, and include cinematic execution sequences, both against animals and hostile enemies.
